Dance Fitness classes are specifically created to improve your fitness, tone and co-ordination. Incorporating movements from Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop and Pilates techniques these classes provide you with an opportunity to Dance your way to your fitness goals. Classes are structured so you can work at your own ability level and push yourself as hard as you want in order to achieve the level of fitness you aim for.
Dance Fitness classes run for 45 minutes; starting with 25 minutes of high intensity cardio dance followed by 10 minutes of repetitive toning work at the Barre and in the Centre and finishing off with 10 minutes of mat work to strengthen the core and improve flexibility.
Dance Fitness classes are Thursdays 7:45-8:30pm.
